COILED TUBES

Coiled tubing is the solution for long length applications. One single length of coil can be supplied as small as a loose 50 foot coil, or as a large coil stretching thousands of feet reeled onto a wood or metal reel. Tubing Central stocks a wide range of coils in seamless or welded condition, and these coils can be orbital welded together to provide even longer lengths. Some advantages of coil tubing include:

• Long lengths reduce the number of fittings required, which reduces cost and potential leak paths
• Coil tubing is more compact for storage and shipping, which reduces costs.
• Coils can be cut to the exact length needed, so scrap is reduced.

Coiled tubing is most commonly supplied in 316/316L, but it is also available in a wide range of alloys, including: 304/304L, 317/317L, 904L, 6MO/254, 400, 600, 625, 825, and C276.
