ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE

Tubing Central seeks to minimize the environmental impact of our operations

This is accomplished through several initiatives that have reduced our waste and our energy consumption.

LED Lighting

100% of our office and warehouse space uses modern LED lighting. LED lights use 80% less energy than incandescent bulbs and 50% less energy than fluorescent bulbs.

Occupancy Sensors

All office space is equipped with occupancy sensors that will turn off all lights if there is no motion for a designated period of time.

Energy Timers

All climate control systems and warehouse lights are on a timer to shut off during non-business hours.

Digital Files

Nearly all business is conducted without the use of paper as the majority of documents are digitized and not printed.

Recycling

All paper and wood products are recycled, whether by reusing for an operational purpose or by taking to designated recycling facilities.
